LIFTING DEVICES AND MANIPULATORS

Rotary tables are suitable for the horizontal transport of palletized material. The device picks up the pallet from a line, rotates it through a certain angle and delivers it to another line. Motorized turntables rotate automatically according to the technological requirements. Turntables without drive are turned manually.

LASER CUTTING

In the field of sheet metal cutting we use the most modern technology, namely the LVD Impuls 6020 laser cutting machine.

The maximum size of the plate or work surface is 6250 x 2050 mm, and the sheet metal can be cut up to 20 mm thick (stainless steel up to 15 mm, aluminium up to 10 mm). In this way products with any complex shape can be cut quickly, the laser is extremely precise and has clean cuts without needles. It also allows holes and grooves to be cut without additional processing, can be adapted to product changes and thus offers the possibility of rapid production of prototypes.
